Website building costs vary greatly depending on the number of pages, design, options, customer requests, direction of the website, etc.
We listen to the needs of our customers, and provide each customer with a website building cost that is tailored to their needs.
We believe that providing the best possible service to each customer is by providing a quote that is tailored to each customer’s needs.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our customers, but we appreciate your understanding.

There is no cost for a meeting for a estimate or make up an estimate.
Please feel free to contact us as the estimate is not a contract.
If you are considering building a website and would like to know the approximate cost of building a website and if you are going to consult with other website campanies for competitive estimates, we don’t mind them and feel free to ask anything to us.

There is no cost for a meeting of website building, but if you would like to have a face-to-face meeting, we will limit the areas and number of times that we can have a face-to-face meeting.
If you live far away and would like to have a face-to-face meeting, we will charge you the actual travel expenses separately.

When a customer acquires a new domain, a new domain acquisition cost (in the case of continued use, a continuing usage cost) is required. Additionally, you will need to pay a contract fee for a server, which is a space on the Internet to publish your homepage it be called generally a rental server.

Domain acquisition costs are approximately 1,800 yen (tax included) per year for general purpose domains such as .com and .biz, approximately 3,500 yen (tax included) per year for .jp domains, and approximately 5,500 yen per year for .co.jp domains. (tax included).

Regarding rental server costs, a rental server that is trusted by homepage production companies and has a high market share in Japan can be used for around 1,300 yen (tax included) per month.
Please note that we provide a service where we take care of your homepage, and you will need to pay us a fixed amount per year, but you will not be responsible for signing your own domain contract or renting a server.

If you do not sign a contract for a domain and a rental server yourself, and we keep your domain and homepage with us, we will basically charge you a domain and homepage storage fee once a year.

The basic fee is 28,000 yen (tax included) per year, and this fee includes domain costs for customers using the domain specified by our company, rental server costs, minor homepage modification costs, and costs for replacing images and text. Many of our customers are billed only 28,000 yen (tax included) per year.
*Customers who expect an increase in the number of accesses to their website will be charged an additional fee.
*Customers who plan to use Japanese domains such as JP domains and CO.JP domains will need to pay an additional fee for each domain separately.

Billing will be done once a year, and an invoice for the following year will be issued approximately one month before the contract renewal date, so customers who wish to continue their contract must pay by the payment deadline.
Customers who wish to terminate their contract can terminate or cancel their contract at the annual contract renewal time and do not need to pay any contract cancellation fees.
Regarding monthly management fees, we do not charge fixed monthly fees, except for customers with special contracts, customers with frequent renewals, and customers with consulting contracts.
We can also take care of domains and homepages for customers who operate homepages created by other production companies, and customers who operate homepages created by themselves. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

At the time of application for website production, we ask that you pay half of the estimated amount (total payment amount). We are really sorry that payment at this point is the same for all customers.

In addition, we ask that you pay the remaining balance at the time the website is completed (when the customer has made a final check of the website content) and before the website is uploaded to the official contracted server.

*If the website building period is longer due to the customer’s convenience (more than 90 days after receiving the application for website building), we will ask you to pay the balance even while the website is being created.
*Customers whose total payment amount is less than 130,000 yen are requested to pay the full amount at the time of application on the website building.

Currently, the only method of payment from customers to our company is by transfer to our designated bank account.
Payment in cash is possible only if you request homepage production at the time of the meeting.

Please note that if you cancel your website building during the building process, we will not be able to refund any building cost or annual contract cost that you have already paid.

You will need to prepare photos, manuscripts, etc. to be used in building the website.
Regarding photos, we would appreciate it if you could provide photos of your company/office, photos of your staff, photos of your business, photos of your products/food, achievements, etc.
We will not post all of the photos we receive on the Internet, but we may need to choose from multiple photos, so please take as many photos as possible.
The text used on the website can be handwritten, but if possible, we would appreciate it if you could use software such as Word or text and provide it in the form of data.
Required text includes as much information as possible, including business content, service content, company profile, product information, staff introductions, greetings from the representative, points you would like to highlight, the uniqueness of your company, frequently asked questions, etc. If you provide us with this information, your website will become more voluminous.
The images and illustrations will use on our website are basically free materials, but please note that if there are materials specifically specified by the customer, costs will be charged for each item.

Basically, the text necessary for creating a website is wrote by the customer themselves.

Basically, we build website using materials and illustrations from free material sites with which we have a contract.
If you are considering using original illustrations instead of free materials, you can prepare them yourself, purchase them yourself, or
you can ask us whether we can create new illustrations for you.
If you are considering using original illustrations, we would appreciate it if you could discuss this with us when requesting a website production estimate.

We accept on-site photo shoots only for customers in areas where face-to-face meetings are possible.
We can visit your store, hospital, facility, office, etc. and take photos of your work, buildings and other landscapes, and photos of your staff and employees.
On-site photo shoots is a paid service and requires an additional cost. We would appreciate it if you could consult with us at the time of website building estimate.
You can also have your photo taken by a professional photographer affiliated with our company. We will dispatch the most suitable professional photographer to suit your needs, such as landscape photography of buildings, product photography, menu photography, portrait photography, etc. Please feel free to contact us.

We have a video recording system that can respond to a wide variety of requests, such as the content of our customers’ services, views of buildings, products for sale, and interviews with our staff.
Depending on the customer’s request, we can accept on-site shooting, night shooting, aerial shooting using drones, etc., so we can accommodate customers who want to use videos on their website, customers who want to use videos other than the website (YouTube, etc.), etc. Please feel free to contact us.
Additionally, we can also edit videos that we have separately shot, as well as videos that you have shot yourself. We have a system in place to respond to a wide variety of customer requests, such as videos with animation and videos with BGM (including original songs).
*Please note that we do not accept video recordings of private events such as weddings or sports days. (We only accept requests for editing of videos)

We also build websites for customers who do not speak Japanese.
We have staff who speak English, so we can communicate with our customers in English.
However, our staff’s English proficiency is at a general conversation level, so it may be difficult for them to talk about the content of your website, your business, or your services in English.
We would like to correspond with you via e-mail or other text regarding the details, important parts, and contracts regarding the content of your website.

Depending on your request, we can meet with you in person or use online tools.
If we meet with you directly, we may have one or more meetings depending on the scale and content of the website you are building.
Face-to-face meetings are only possible in limited areas, so please feel free to contact us regarding the areas.
We can also meet at a coffee shop or a rental conference room, so please feel free to contact us.
If you hope having a telephone meetings or Zoom meetings, we can have meetings multiply.

For a typical company’s corporate homepage, it takes about one to two months from the time the customer prepares all the text, photos, etc. necessary for creating the homepage.
The building term for the website will vary depending on the design, content, number of pages, our order status, and the customer’s preparation status, so if you would like to know the approximate building term, please feel free to ask us with information that details of your website .

We also accept homepage building for customers who live far away from our company.
For customers living far away, it is not possible to meet face-to-face for a meeting. We will have meetings using video calls such as SKYPE or ZOOM, or over the phone, but to date we have completed the building of our customer’s website without any problems. We build website in Japanese only, English only and both languages that Japanese and English,.
It may be difficult for you to consider the content of the website in Japanese yourself, but our staff will carefully support your content making.

There is no limit to the number of email addresses you can use.
We will set up an additional email address, but you are responsible for configuring your email software, etc.
If you are publishing an e-mail magazine using your e-mail address, sending a large number of advertising e-mails, or if a high load on the e-mail server is expected, we ask that you immediately stop such activities.
Additional costs be incurred to set up your dedicated rental server.

Unless there is a special request from the customer, the websites built by our company will be built using WordPress, a system that can be edited and updated on the Internet.
Although you will need to learn how to use WordPress on your own, you can edit your own website, add pages, create a blog, etc.
Regarding WordPress, many books have been published, and many videos explaining how to use WordPress have been uploaded to video sites such as YouTube, so it is relatively easy to learn how to use WordPress.
